Answers ... not so much

I'm trying to set up a new hotmail account but everytime I go to the sign-up page, I keep being presented with .uk as the only option. So, I've been searching for another way to do it, through options, changing settings etc, but was finally driven to the web. Here's one of the answers:

Hmmm. Not that very helpful at all.

Why do people even leave comments like that? I find it really annoying. Like the poeple who make stupid comments on YouTube videos "I don't like this band"

NO-ONE CARES. Don't comment on whether you like them or not. Do you go into a cake shop and wander round saying "I don't like cheesecake. I don't like mud cake..." Actually, probably you do.

Anyway, did you end up solving your dilemma?

You're right - I choose based on what I don't like - and what's left is what I have ... unless I do the "lip-licking" thing to see what I really feel like - sometimes works (often it doesn't). Solved the dilemma - went in again some days later - ie just then when I remembered it again - and was given the option of live.com or hotmail.com - and the one I wanted was free. Bonus.

Actually available - rather than "free" - although it was that too.
